Denville Township will host “Denville Days,” a three-day community festival from July 3 to July 5 at Gardner Field. The event is part of the nationwide celebration of the United States Semiquincentennial, marking 250 years of American independence.
The Denville Semiquincentennial Committee, appointed by Mayor Tom Andes, is organizing the festival. Gardner Field will be transformed into a large-scale celebration space featuring live music, family activities, and local vendors.
Friday night kicks off with a performance by Joey Bella under a big tent. Over the three days, attendees can enjoy a children’s activity area with games and crafts, food vendors, picnic spaces, a beer garden, and an arts and crafts market. Friendly competitions, contests, and tethered hot air balloon rides are also on the schedule, weather permitting. The weekend wraps up with Denville’s traditional fireworks display.
