DataSoar, a local SEO and AI marketing agency headquartered at 2001 US-46 in Parsippany, is on a mission to give Morris County small businesses something the industry has been missing for years. Straight answers and real results.

Marc Moses (L) Santo Competiello (R)

The company is led by co-founders Santo and Marc, two longtime friends who first built a business together back in 2020 with MaxCap Solutions out of Midtown Manhattan. When the pandemic forced them to close, the two went their separate ways. Santo stayed in marketing and spent years leading sales floors, winning President’s Club, and working with thousands of companies nationwide. Marc moved through solar, logistics, and SaaS before finding his way back to New Jersey. When the timing lined up, they reunited to build DataSoar with new skills, a new vision, and a problem they were determined to solve.

Their headquarters on Route 46 puts them right in the middle of where they live. Santo is from Rockaway. Marc is from Denville. Parsippany was the natural fit. After years of watching small business owners get pitched empty buzzwords like voice search and overpriced AI SEO packages, the two decided to do it differently. They built the SOAR Method, a process designed to fix the foundation first. Make sure every platform that represents the business online tells the same accurate story, then let AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google’s AI Overviews pull from clean, optimized data the way they are designed to.

Santo puts it bluntly. Google is a search intent platform. AI is a research intent platform. Both reward businesses that have their house in order. Before spending another dollar on anything with the word AI in front of it, business owners should audit their foundation and make sure every listing tells the same accurate story.

So far, the SOAR Method has helped more than 300 businesses rank higher on Google and AI search nationwide.

Now Santo and Marc are bringing that same standard home to Morris County. We do not believe in bait and switch tactics along with no monthly invoices for services that do not exist.

When they are not in the office, you will find Marc rowing on the lake in Denville, reading a book, or playing pickleball at Gardner Field. Santo is usually on the ice, on the golf course, or hunting sports cards at RP Specialty Sports Cards Unlimited in Rockaway. Their favorite local spots run deep. Casa Bella, Taro in Morristown, Fortes in Randolph, Lakeside Nutrition in Denville, Sergios, Diamond Spring Brewery, Tiffs in Morris Plains, Parsippany’s Best, and Great Wazu.

If you run a small business in Morris County and you want a straight conversation about what your online foundation actually needs, DataSoar is right here in Parsippany. Learn more at datasoar.io.
