Mendham Fest returns to Mendham Borough Park on Saturday, October 3, 2026, and the smartest way to do it is to show up early for the 5K and just stay put. The race finishes at 11:30 a.m. The festival opens at noon. Same park, same morning, one plan instead of two.
Mendham Fest
Hosted by Borough of Mendham Recreation at Mendham Borough Park, at the corner of Park Avenue and Mountain Avenue, from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. The lineup is food trucks, a fire department beer garden, craft vendors, live music, inflatables for the kids, and lawn games that go bigger than the usual: Giant Jenga, Connect Four, and axe throwing.
Entry is free, confirmed on the borough’s own save the date graphic. Everything inside runs pay as you go, so bring a card or cash for the food trucks and the beer garden.
The 18th Annual Mendham Harvest Hustle
Same day, same park. The Harvest Hustle is hosted by the Mendham Borough Home and School Association and runs in two parts: the Kids Fun Run from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m., then the 5K from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Registration is $40 for the 5K and $30 for the Kids Fun Run. Both prices go up after September 7, 2026, so this is one to sign up for early rather than at the line.
If You Are Making a Day of It
Early October is the busiest stretch on the Morris County calendar, and Mendham is a short drive from most of the western half of the county. If you are stacking the weekend, our guide to fall festivals and fairs in Morris County has the rest of the season, and our list of things to do in Morris County this weekend is updated as dates land.
