The Pequannock Chamber Street Festival is now set for Sunday, October 25, 2026, turning one of the busiest corners in Pompton Plains into a free, all-day block party. Hosted by the Pequannock Regional Chamber of Commerce with R & R Festivals, the festival runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the corner of Jackson Avenue and Newark-Pompton Turnpike, and admission is free.
It is one of the biggest single-day community events in the northern corner of Morris County, and the new late October date puts it right in the middle of peak fall foliage season.
What to Expect
Food is the headliner. A lineup of food trucks will park along the street, so it is an easy way to eat your way down the block, with plenty of food and drink options for every age. Local vendors, small businesses and community groups fill in the rest of the stretch, so you can shop local while you snack.
Expect live music throughout the afternoon, and families can head straight for the dedicated kids section, which keeps younger kids busy with hands-on activities while parents browse.
When and Where
The festival takes place on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., centered on the corner of Jackson Avenue and Newark-Pompton Turnpike in the Pompton Plains section of Pequannock Township. The event is free to attend. For vendor details and any day-of updates, check R & R Festivals or the chamber before you head out.
Vendors Wanted
The Pequannock Township Regional Chamber of Commerce is looking to add more vendors to this year’s festival. If you have a product or service to showcase in front of a big, engaged local crowd on October 25, reach out to the organizers at RandRFestivals@gmail.com or PequannockChamber@gmail.com to grab a spot.
Make a Day of It
The street festival is one of many reasons Morris County is worth exploring this fall. For more to do around the same weekend, see our roundup of fall festivals and fairs in Morris County. If you are local to Pequannock, the festival caps off a busy season of community events in town, from the Pequannock First Aid Squad Oktoberfest to National Night Out earlier in the year.
