Denville, NJ (April 19, 2025) – Smiley’s Fresh, a vibrant new health-focused eatery offering smoothies, acai bowls, and specialty produce, officially opened its doors with a festive ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Denville Mayor Thomas Andes, local leaders, and enthusiastic community members.
Founded by longtime produce expert Wahhid “Smiley” Saleh and his son, Edward, Smiley’s Fresh brings over 40 years of experience in the fruit and vegetable industry to the heart of Denville. The family-owned business is rooted in a mission to promote wellness through the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients and a menu that is both nutritious and delicious.
“We want to help make Denville a healthier town. We love this community, and we’re proud to bring something positive and nourishing to it,” said Wahhid “Smiley” Saleh during the ceremony. “Smileys Fresh is more than a business, it’s our way of sharing our passion and giving back to a town that’s welcomed us with open arms.”
Guests at the grand opening enjoyed samples and a first look at the menu, which includes handcrafted smoothies, superfood bowls, and thoughtfully selected produce. All served in a bright, welcoming space designed to energize and inspire!
