Mount Olive Township’s Oktoberfest at the Park returns to the Event Field at Turkey Brook Park in Flanders on Saturday, October 10, and Sunday, October 11, 2026. Saturday runs from noon to 8 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m., with admission set at $5 for adults 18 and older and free for anyone 17 and under, according to the Mount Olive Recreation Department.
It is one of the last big Oktoberfest weekends on the Morris County calendar, and it is built for families as much as it is for the beer tent.
What to Expect
- Oktoberfest dancers and German music: authentic Oktoberfest dancers and live German music throughout the weekend.
- Jersey Girl Brewing: the brewery is pouring multiple selections, with a limited-edition anniversary Oktoberfest stein available while supplies last. Valid ID is required.
- For the kids: inflatable rides, games and a free hayride.
- Axe throwing for anyone who wants to test their aim.
- Football on the big screen: games streaming on a big screen so nobody has to choose between the festival and their team.
The township says food vendors, the full live music lineup and the vendor list are still to be announced, so keep an eye on the Mount Olive Recreation Facebook page for updates as the weekend gets closer.
