Germania Park Oktoberfest, Rockaway Township (September 19 and 20)
Germania Park is the home of a German American cultural society founded in 1895, which makes its Oktoberfest one of the most authentic in the area. Gates open Saturday, September 19 at 12:30 p.m., with music from Bud and Linda in the afternoon and the band Bavarski from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. The party continues Sunday, September 20 with gates at noon and David Betz on stage from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. Expect a full kitchen, a bar, and a proper biergarten atmosphere at 56 Conger Street. Hanover Township PBA Food, Wine and Brew Festival, Whippany (September 26)
Hosted by the Hanover Township PBA, this festival brings craft beer, wine, food, and live music to Bee Meadow Park on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from noon to 6 p.m. It sits at Brickyard Field, 111 Reynolds Avenue in Whippany, and the proceeds support the local PBA. Chester Lions Oktoberfest Weekend and Antique Car Show, Chester (September 26 and 27)
The Chester Lions Club throws a two day Oktoberfest and antique car show at Chubb Park on Route 24. This year’s edition runs Saturday, September 26 from noon to 9 p.m. and Sunday, September 27 from noon to 6 p.m., with German food, beer, live music, kids activities, and rows of vintage, custom, and muscle cars. Boonton Brewfest, Boonton (September 19)
If your idea of fall beer leans craft, Boonton Brewfest pours local and regional breweries with live music at Canal Side Park on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
