Parsippany has a new business networking group, and it already has a home. Parsippany Community Professionals (PCP), a new initiative sponsored by the Parsippany Police Athletic League, will be based at the Parsippany PAL at 33 Baldwin Road, with its inaugural meeting anticipated in January 2027.
The group is built for business owners, entrepreneurs, executives and community leaders across Greater Parsippany. Organizers plan a mix of interactive networking events, business showcases, professional development sessions, social gatherings and community projects, with the focus on real relationships and referrals over a stack of business cards.
Nick Bronzino, executive director of the Parsippany PAL, is one of the founding members shaping the group. “We’re introducing a new era of networking in Parsippany,” Bronzino said in the group’s announcement. “Everyone’s time is valuable, and we want to make sure our members feel their time is well spent.”
The PAL will be home base, but PCP plans to move around town, hosting events at local restaurants, businesses and other spots throughout Greater Parsippany. Longer term, the group wants to support new business openings, organize ribbon cuttings, spotlight established local businesses and give members more ways to get involved in the community.
PCP is pitching itself as a complement to the chambers of commerce and business associations already working in the area, not a rival. It also hopes to work with Parsippany-Troy Hills Township and its economic development efforts. “We’re not here to compete or take anything away from the great work they’re doing,” Bronzino said. “We simply believe there’s room for something different.”
Right now, the group is actively looking for founding board members and new members. The first easy chance to meet the organizers is the Morris County Business Expo on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Parsippany PAL, where PCP will be on hand to talk about membership and board seats. Admission to the expo is free for Morris County residents.

The PAL on Baldwin Road has quietly become one of the busiest event spaces in town, also hosting the Garden State Coin, Stamp and Currency Show on November 1 and December 6.
