Quick answer: Warby Parker is now open at 40 West Park Place, Suite 1, on the Morristown Green. The store sells glasses, sunglasses and contacts, offers eye exams with an independent optometrist, and is open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Downtown Morristown has a new storefront on the Green. Warby Parker, the eyewear brand known for its bookshelf style shops and simple pricing, held its grand opening at 40 West Park Place on Saturday, October 31, 2026, and the doors are now open seven days a week.

It is a big get for the Green. West Park Place is the stretch of storefronts that faces the park on its west side, so the new shop sits right in the middle of the walk most of us already take for coffee, dinner or a show. Here is what to know before you go.

What is inside the new Morristown store

The store carries the full Warby Parker lineup: prescription glasses, sunglasses, blue light lenses and contact lenses from popular brands. According to the Morristown Partnership’s grand opening listing, frames start at $95. You can walk in just to try on frames, no appointment or prescription needed.

Look up when you walk in. Warby Parker commissioned artist Bjorn Lie to paint an original mural for the Morristown shop, and he drew on the surrounding downtown storefronts (and a few pairs of glasses) for inspiration. It is a fun, very local touch inside a national brand.

Eye exams, insurance and contacts

The Morristown location offers comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contacts with an independent optometrist. You can book an exam on the store page, where you can also meet the doctors.

A few details worth knowing:

  • Vision insurance works here whether the store is in or out of network with your plan, and FSA and HSA cards are accepted. Coverage is confirmed during your visit.
  • First time contact lens wearers get complimentary training on inserting, removing and caring for lenses with any order.
  • Every frame comes with free adjustments for life, and opticians can take measurements in store.
  • Eyewear and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, whether you bought them online or in a store.

Bring a copy of your current prescription if you plan to order prescription frames or contacts. No prescription? You can still shop sunglasses and accessories or book an exam.

Where to park in downtown Morristown

There is metered street parking around the Green, but on busy evenings and weekends a garage is the easier move. The Morristown Parking Authority runs several public garages downtown, including the Dalton Garage on Cattano Avenue, the DeHart Street Garage and the Ann Bank Garage. All are a short walk to West Park Place.

Make a Morristown afternoon of it

New frames are a good excuse to spend a few hours downtown. Grab lunch at one of the spots on our list of the best restaurants in Morristown, or check the Famished Frog’s weekly specials a block off the Green.

Timing a visit for the holidays? The Green turns into the center of the season every year, and our guide to tree lightings in Morris County has the dates. Warby Parker joins a busy fall of openings downtown, and we track them all in our roundup of new businesses in Morris County.
