Rockaway Borough is hosting a full day of country fun this spring. The Country Jamboree Fest returns to Fireman’s Field on Saturday, May 16, 2026, running from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 144 Beach Street in Rockaway.
A Just Jersey Fest and Two Girls Media event, the festival combines live country music, a hot sauce competition, BBQ, and line dancing into one of the more distinctive community festivals in Morris County this spring.
What to Expect at the Country Jamboree Fest
The day is built around live country music, with bands performing from bluegrass to modern country across the nine-hour run. Confirmed acts include the Kelly Wask & Gary Conte Duo opening at 11 a.m. and Country Comfort taking the stage in the afternoon.
Line dancing instruction is set for 1 p.m., open to all skill levels, and a hot sauce competition adds a spicy edge to the day. Food and drink include BBQ and ice-cold beer, and a hat bar offers custom options for anyone wanting to gear up before the music kicks in. A country market of local vendors and family-friendly activities round out the schedule.
Bring a chair, plan to stay a while, and wear your boots.
