The Tri-County Fair is back for its 12th year, and this one is shaping up to be the biggest yet. Mark your calendar for Thursday, June 18 through Sunday, June 21, 2026, four full days of rides, fair food, free family entertainment, and Morris County summer tradition at the 107-acre Christ Church property in Rockaway.

Admission is FREE, and parking is just $5 per vehicle. The fair runs Thursday from 6 to 11 PM, Friday from 5 to 11 PM, Saturday from 2 to 11 PM, and Sunday from 1 to 7 PM at 140 Green Pond Road, Rockaway, NJ.

This year’s lineup brings back the heart-pounding rides locals love, including the Polar Express, Free Fall, Sky Fall, Vertigo, the classic Ferris wheel, and a full set of kiddie rides for the little ones. Fair food is in full force too. Expect Cold Stone ice cream, handmade zeppoles, fried Oreos, tacos, empanadas, sausage and peppers, and homemade lemonade.

The free entertainment is what makes this fair stand out. Arestov’s Acrobatic Extravaganza returns Thursday and Sunday, monster truck rides run all four days, and the epic drone light show takes over the sky on Friday night around 9:15 PM. Pony rides are available for $10 cash, and monster truck rides are $10.

Want to ride all day? The Pay One Price wristband is back for opening and closing nights only, available on-site Thursday and Sunday for $30 plus fees. If you’re planning to ride a lot, pre-order discounted ride credits before June 17 and get bonus credits free. Pre-sale gets you 300 credits for $20 (vs. 200 credits at the gate) or 750 credits for $50 (vs. 550 credits at the gate). Each ride uses 40 to 64 credits.

The Tri-County Fair also runs two community programs worth highlighting. CCNJ Community Champions recognizes local people making a difference in business, nonprofit work, education, sports, and public service. CCNJ Fair Superstars is a VIP experience for kids battling serious illness, giving them and their families free rides, food, prizes, and a VIP T-shirt.

The fair is located right off Exit 37 of I-80, making it an easy stop for families across Morris County and beyond. Bring the kids, bring the appetite, and bring some cash for pony rides.
