The Morris County Tourism Bureau will host the first Morris County Harvest Table: Oktoberfest on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at County College of Morris in Randolph. The farm-to-table dinner brings local farms, culinary students, and Oktoberfest flavors together at one table, and tickets are on sale now.
What the Harvest Table Is
The evening is a farm-to-table fundraiser built around Morris County agriculture. County College of Morris culinary students will prepare an Oktoberfest-inspired menu using ingredients sourced from farms across the county, and guests will dine in the school’s new culinary space while meeting the growers and producers behind the food. It all happens inside the new Center for Entrepreneurship and Culinary Science at CCM, 214 Center Grove Road in Randolph.
Why It Matters
Beyond a good meal, the night is built to send people out to the farms themselves. The Bureau is using it to spotlight the county’s farm markets, stands, and orchards, give CCM culinary students real-world kitchen experience, and strengthen the ties between farmers, educators, and hospitality partners. The Harvest Table is presented with County College of Morris, with grant support from the New Jersey Highlands Council awarded to Randolph Township, and proceeds go to the Morris County Tourism Bureau.
How to Go
General admission is $125 per person, and sponsorships run from $250 for eligible nonprofits up to $5,000. Tickets and sponsorship details are on the event registration page.
