The Employers Association of New Jersey (EANJ) is hosting a roundtable discussion on July 24th at the Morris County Library in Whippany to gather business input on proposed rule changes that could impact the use of independent contractors across the state.
The event, taking place from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., aims to address concerns surrounding the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development’s (NJDOL) interpretation and enforcement of the ABC test for classifying workers. These changes could have significant implications for how businesses operate and engage with independent contractors.
Local employers are encouraged to attend and share their insights to help shape EANJ’s response to the proposed rules and ensure their voices are heard.
Registration is available at: eanj.orgMore details at www.eanj.org.
