Rebel Core in Cedar Knolls is turning one of its signature workouts into a fundraiser. On Saturday, October 24, 2026, the Hanover Township studio will host Rebel for a Cause, a one hour Power Hour class with every dollar going to the Kathy Olenowski Foundation, the nonprofit behind Pink Witches Night Out in Denville.

The class starts at 11:30 a.m. at Rebel Core Cedar Knolls, 240 Cedar Knolls Road, Suite 210, Cedar Knolls. The class is a $50 donation per rider, and only 13 X-Former spots are available in Cedar Knolls, so this one will fill quickly. All proceeds are donated to the foundation.

The Power Hour is a modern Pilates class taught on the X-Former, the machine at the center of the Rebel Core method. It is a full hour of strength work that moves fast and keeps the intensity up, and the studio is asking everyone to show up in their favorite pink outfit since October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Cedar Knolls session is part of a coordinated effort across the Rebel Core studio family, which also includes locations in Roseland and Ramsey.

If you have never taken a class at Rebel Core, our feature on co-founder Stephanie Rogers and what a first class is really like is a good place to start: Modern Pilates With an Edge: Inside Rebel Core in Cedar Knolls.

The cause has deep roots in Morris County. The Kathy Olenowski Foundation was started by Meg Olenowski in memory of her mother, Kathy, who passed away in 2011. The foundation’s best known event, Pink Witches Night Out, began in 2012 and has become a beloved October tradition that fills Broadway in Downtown Denville with witches dressed in pink.

The timing makes for a full weekend of support. Pink Witches Night Out is now set for Friday, October 23, 2026, in Downtown Denville, the night before the Power Hour. You can read all the details in our Pink Witches Night Out guide, then head to Cedar Knolls Saturday morning to sweat for the same cause.

Spots are reserved through Rebel Core’s Cedar Knolls class schedule and the Rebel Core app. You can learn more about the foundation and its work at the Kathy Olenowski Foundation website. With just 13 spots on the floor, the best move is to book your X-Former now and bring a friend who loves a good workout for a good cause.
