Fresco da Franco in Montclair is the only nearby restaurant we found that has confirmed it is open on Christmas Day. Just over the Morris County line in Essex County, Fresco da Franco is the one restaurant we found that has confirmed it will be open on Christmas Day 2026. The restaurant says it will be open from 12 to 10 pm on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, serving its full menu alongside La Vigilia, a Calabrese style Feast of the Seven Fishes. It is a reasonable drive from eastern Morris County towns like Montville and Parsippany.
