Randolph has the most complete Halloween lineup in Morris County right now, and unlike most towns in early August, all of it is already confirmed on the township calendar. Three separate events run across two days, Friday, October 23, and Saturday, October 24, 2026, with October 25 held as the rain date for all of them.
Haunted Trail: US Legends runs both nights, October 23 and 24, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Veterans Community Park, 100 Calais Road. It is a walk-through trail after dark, and this year it is folded into the township’s 250th anniversary programming, with the theme built around American legends.
Trail of Treats runs Saturday, October 24, from 12 to 2 p.m., at the same park. This is the low-scare version, built for sensory-sensitive kids and anyone too young for the night trail. Families walk the trail in daylight and play Halloween Bingo, and a completed board earns a treat, with a non-nut option available. It now includes a hayride as well. Cost is per child.
Trunk or Treat follows that same Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m., but at Brundage Park, 2 Bungalow Lane, not Veterans. Kids trick-or-treat from decorated car trunks, with games and photo ops rounding it out. Cost here is per vehicle rather than per child, which is worth knowing if you are bringing a carful of kids.
Because Trail of Treats and Trunk or Treat run back to back on the 24th at two different parks, families doing both need to budget a few minutes to move between them. Both sit on the Calais Road side of town, so it is a short hop rather than a cross-township drive.

Ahead of all that, Randolph’s 20th Annual Country Fair runs Saturday, September 19, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Veterans Community Park, with food, games, live music, and vendors, and an October 3 rain date.
Halloween itself falls on Saturday, October 31 in 2026, and Randolph’s residential trick-or-treat hours are announced closer to the date.
