Morris County runs on small businesses, and a lot of the ones people rave about are owned and led by women. We put together 16 women-owned businesses across Rockaway, Madison, Chatham, Morristown, Morris Plains, Randolph, Denville and Mountain Lakes that are worth knowing in 2026, from a hidden day spa off Waverly Place to a family law practice on Headquarters Plaza.
Every business below is open, based in Morris County, and easy to reach online, so you can ask a question or book an appointment without playing phone tag. We grouped them by town so you can plan a local afternoon around them.

Mehrali has said her facials are designed for natural results with no injections, which is a big draw for clients who want healthier skin without fillers. Each client gets an assessment and a plan built for their skin type. Call (973) 520-8809 or send a note through the spa’s contact form.
