Pizza Depot is coming to Parsippany. Coming soon signs are now up at 182 Parsippany Road, and the chain’s website lists the Parsippany location, according to a report from Parsippany Focus published October 31, 2026. No opening date has been announced yet.
If the name is new to you, Pizza Depot is a Canadian chain with more than 60 locations in Canada, and it is best known for fusion pizzas that borrow from Indian cooking. Specialty pies include Butter Chicken and Chicken Chili Mango, alongside traditional pies. The sign on the Parsippany storefront promises “Legendary Pizzas, Wings & Loaded Fries,” which gives a good idea of the menu beyond the pies.
Parsippany will be Pizza Depot’s second New Jersey location. The first is at 249 Talmadge Road in Edison, and the chain has also expanded into Hicksville, New York, and the Austin, Texas area. The franchisee for the Parsippany store and the previous tenant of the space have not been named.
The location makes sense. Parsippany has one of the largest South Asian communities in New Jersey and already has a strong lineup of Indian restaurants and sweet shops, so a pizza place built around butter chicken and chili mango should find an audience quickly. It also gives Parsippany Road a new quick, family friendly takeout option for weeknights and game days.
