Jam band fans have a full day of live music coming to Roxbury this fall. Jamtoberfest ’26 takes over the Swim and Sport Club at 272 Emmans Road in Roxbury Township on Saturday, October 3, 2026, with four bands playing from 1 p.m. into the night, plus food trucks, a beer and spirits tent, and an open field made for chairs, blankets, and dancing.
The all-day, all-ages festival is built around the golden age of outdoor jam gatherings, drawing on the sounds of the Allman Brothers Band, the Grateful Dead, and Phish. You can come for the whole day or just for your favorite set, and re-entry is welcome with your wristband and ticket receipt.
The lineup
Music starts at 1 p.m. with Animal Instincts, an opener built on high energy and improvisation. Divided Sky follows at 2 p.m. with expansive, melodic jams, and at 4 p.m. Touch of Grey turns the field into a dance party with the music of the Grateful Dead.
The night belongs to headliner A Brother’s Revival at 6:30 p.m. Founded by Allman Brothers Band bassist David “Rook” Goldflies, the group channels the Southern rock catalog with Hammond B-3 organ and classics like “Ramblin’ Man” and “Whipping Post.” Their set closes out the festival, with music running until roughly 9 p.m.
Tickets and what to bring
One ticket covers all four sets. General admission is $49 at the gate, with advance tickets available online through the official Jamtoberfest ticket page. Bring a chair, a blanket, or a pop-up, and plan to settle in for the afternoon and evening.
Food trucks, a beer and spirits tent, and merchandise and craft vendors will be set up on the grounds, so you can eat, drink, and shop between sets.
Getting there
The Swim and Sport Club is at 272 Emmans Road in the Succasunna section of Roxbury Township. There is plenty of open field to spread out, so arrive early if you want a spot close to the stage.
