lululemon is open in Denville. The activewear brand opened its doors over the weekend at The Shoppes at Union Hill, the Route 10 shopping center on the eastern edge of town, and the sign is already lit above the brick storefront.
The store sits at 3056 Route 10 West, Suite 018, Denville, NJ 07834, in the space that most recently housed LOFT. LOFT no longer lists a Denville store anywhere in its national store directory, so that changeover is now official. The phone number for the new location is 862-272-3772.
Hours are still settling the way they usually do during an opening week. The lululemon store page for The Shoppes at Union Hill lists special hours of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day from Monday, August 10 through Thursday, August 13, 2026. The regular hours listed after that are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Weekday hours beyond opening week are not posted yet, so it is worth calling ahead if you are planning a Tuesday afternoon run.
This is a full-service store rather than a stripped-down satellite shop. The location offers buy online and pick up in store, free returns and exchanges, hemming on tops and bottoms, footwear, and the Like New resale program, which takes back gently used lululemon gear.
The Shoppes at Union Hill is managed by Kite Realty Group and posts center hours of 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, with individual store and restaurant hours varying. The center sits on the westbound side of Route 10 a few minutes from downtown Denville, which puts it within a short drive for shoppers in Randolph, Rockaway, Parsippany, and Morris Plains as well.
A national athletic brand taking one of the larger storefronts at Union Hill is a real change for a center that has leaned on apparel and specialty tenants for years, and it lands in a summer that has already brought big retail news to this part of the county.
If you are heading over, it is an easy add-on to a day in town. Our guide to things to do in Denville covers downtown Broadway, where to eat, and the local favorites within a few minutes of the center. And Union Hill is not the only shopping news in the area this year, since Trader Joe’s is coming to Parsippany at the Morris Hills Shopping Center on Route 46.
