Nirvana Wellness is now open in Morris Plains, bringing infrared workouts, heated Pilates, hot yoga, strength and cycling classes, and a full menu of recovery and self care services to Route 10. The studio, located at 2573 Route 10 in Morris Plains, opened on Sunday, August 9, 2026, and marks the latest location for the growing New Jersey wellness brand, which already operates studios in Wayne and Fairfield.
What makes Nirvana different from a traditional gym is the way it brings movement, strength, recovery, and self care together under one roof. The studio is built around infrared technology, which gently warms the body from within rather than simply heating the air around you. Private infrared rooms, open around the clock
One of Nirvana’s most unique features is its private 24 hour infrared rooms. Each room fits one or two people, so members can come alone or bring a friend, partner, or family member. Guests control their own experience, adjusting the heat, including a no heat option, setting the chromotherapy lighting, and either following a Nirvana On Demand class on the in room TV or moving through their own workout at their own pace. Because the rooms are bookable around the clock, they are built to fit into any schedule, whether you are an early riser or a night owl.
