Yellow Brick Joel: The Tribute Concert is coming to the Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown on Thursday, January 8, 2026, and Friday, January 9, 2026, at 8:00 pm, bringing together the music of Billy Joel and Elton John in one high energy live show. Tickets range from $35 to $79, with all service fees included under MPAC’s All In Pricing. The concert stars David Clark performing as Billy Joel and Bill Connors as Elton John, delivering a piano driven tribute packed with chart topping hits, deep cuts, and fan favorites. This all ages event runs approximately one evening per show date and tickets are available now through MPAC.

Yellow Brick Joel is a newly reimagined version of the popular Face2Face tribute, celebrating two of the most influential piano men in music history. The show blends the best of both artists into one seamless performance, capturing the storytelling, musicianship, and stage presence that made Billy Joel and Elton John global icons.

Fans can expect unforgettable classics like “Piano Man,” “You May Be Right,” “Rocket Man,” and “I’m Still Standing,” alongside deeper cuts that longtime fans love, including “Miami 2017,” “Captain Jack,” “Honky Cat,” and “Funeral For A Friend.” The setlist is designed to balance crowd pleasing anthems with musical moments that true fans appreciate.

David Clark delivers an authentic Billy Joel experience, channeling the grit, humor, and heart behind Joel’s legendary performances. Bill Connors brings Elton John’s flamboyant energy to the stage with virtuosic piano playing and a commanding presence that captures the magic of Elton’s classic era.

The production is more than a tribute concert. It is a full celebration of the piano driven sound that shaped pop and rock music throughout the 1970s and 1980s. The combination of powerful vocals, dueling pianos, and a live band creates a dynamic experience that feels both nostalgic and electric.

Concertgoers should note that MPAC now uses All In Pricing, meaning the ticket price shown already includes all service fees. Attendees and their guests are expected to follow all venue guidelines and artist requirements, which may be subject to change closer to the event date.

For Morris County residents and visitors looking for a standout live music experience this winter, Yellow Brick Joel is a must see event. Whether you are a lifelong fan of Billy Joel, Elton John, or simply love iconic live music performed at a high level, this show promises an unforgettable night in downtown Morristown.
