Mount Arlington’s annual Halloween Bash returns to Fireman’s Field on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 3 to 5 p.m. The free community event, hosted by the Borough of Mount Arlington, centers on a Trunk or Treat for kids and brings local vendors and businesses together for an early-evening celebration in this lakeside town.
What to expect
The Halloween Bash is built for families. Costumed kids move trunk to trunk for the Trunk or Treat, where decorated car trunks hand out candy in one contained, walkable spot. Around the field, local vendors and community groups set up tables, so there is more to do than fill a candy bag. The whole thing runs a tidy two hours in the late afternoon, which makes it easy to fit in before dinner and simple for younger trick-or-treaters who tend to fade after dark.
