The Growing Stage is turning the historic Palace Theatre in Netcong into Santa’s Holiday Market at the Palace on Saturday, November 28, 2026, from noon to 4 PM. Families can take photos with Santa, Mrs. Claus and Frosty, catch a holiday concert from three-time Grammy nominee Brady Rymer and the Little Band That Could, and shop local craft vendors, all under one roof at 7 Ledgewood Avenue.
It lands on Small Business Saturday, so it makes an easy first stop for a day of shopping local in western Morris County.
What’s Happening at Santa’s Holiday Market
- Photos with Santa and friends: Santa, Mrs. Claus, Frosty and a few more familiar faces. Bring your own phone or camera, since families take their own pictures and can snap as many as they like.
- A holiday concert: Brady Rymer and the Little Band That Could play holiday hits for the whole family on the Palace stage.
- Holiday shopping: craft vendors set up inside the theatre, a good spot to knock out a few gifts.
- Kids activities throughout the afternoon.
- Concessions: popcorn, juice, water, cookies and hot chocolate, $2 to $3 each, cash and card accepted.
Tickets, Times and Parking
The market runs from 12 to 4 PM, and The Growing Stage asks guests to arrive any time between noon and 3:15 PM so everyone gets through the Santa line. Tickets are sold in advance through the theatre’s online box office. For help ordering, call the box office at 973-347-4946. Sales are final unless the event is cancelled.
Parking is available in the bank lot next to the theatre when the bank is closed, the park lot behind it and on surrounding streets, with overflow parking at the Methodist Church down the street.
Local makers who want a table can still apply through the vendor sign-up form.
More Holiday Fun at The Growing Stage
The Growing Stage, known as The Children’s Theatre of New Jersey, is a nonprofit based at the Palace Theatre. Its holiday show this season is The Pigeon Gets A Big Time Holiday Extravaganza!, based on Mo Willems’ books, running December 4 to 20, 2026. It is aimed at families with kids from pre-K to third grade, and a sensory-friendly performance is set for Sunday, December 6, at 2 PM.
